-All athletes participate in the events according to their age on December 31st of the event year.

-RUN events are for kids ages 2-15

-TRIATHLONS and AQUATHLONS are for kids (and adults) ages 6 and up.

-DUATHLONS are for kids (and adults) ages 5 and up.
